The River’s Grand Opening & 20th Anniversary Celebration

All are invited to join us for a very special occasion – the Grand Opening of The River Food Pantry’s new home and our 20th Anniversary Celebration!

This moment represents so much more than a new building. It reflects two decades of collective dedication from leaders and supporters, like you, who believe in building a stronger, more resilient community.

When: Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 4–6:30 pm
Where: The River Food Pantry, 3301 Packers Ave., Madison, WI 53704
Program: Begins at 5 pm

During the program, you’ll hear remarks from community leaders and watch a short video highlighting The River’s history and impact, followed by time to enjoy light refreshments and live music, explore opportunities to get more involved, and celebrate what we’ve accomplished together since 2006. Guests will also have the opportunity to tour the new facility.
